Somaliland Innovation Zone is staffed by highly skilled and educated workers, who are in competition with many countries in the world to develop their country. So, the staff includes the SIZ, Director, Head of admin and finance, Teaching Supervisor, Head of registration office, Head of training section, Receptionist. This department works for 16 hours every day with different shifts starting from work, since the work of this department is going on officially, Somaliland Innovation Zone provide Training, Mentorship, Co-working space and Investment programs. Finally, this could be because the staff of the department are ready to develop the youth of Somaliland in technology, education, business, and how to develop creative ideas that contribute to the country's development.
