Technology allows people with special needs to receive a modern education and access whatever materials they require, as technology provides for greater flexibility and diversification in instructional techniques. As a result, the Somaliland Innovation Zone has trained people with disabilities in computer skills and access to the internet to search for information on the Internet, communicate with others and even if they are given a job opportunity, they can work on it.
