Closing Ceremony of the Technology Utilization Enhancement Program Implemented by the Ministry of Communications and Technology.The Ministry of Communications and Technology, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Taiwan ICDF Fund, has successfully concluded the Technology Utilization Enhancement Program, benefiting 352 trainees.
The main objective of the program was to enhance digital skills in response to the world’s transition toward digital transformation, enabling Somaliland to keep pace with global technological progress.
Additionally, the program aimed to empower youth to develop innovative ideas that can lead to job creation and make a significant contribution to the nation’s economy.
The trainees who completed the program represented various sectors of society, including government employees, university students, high school students, members of the national forces, and other community groups.
